Pick Up

Orders can be shipped to our clinic and available for pick up usually within 3 business days. Our team will notify you via text, email or phone call that your order has arrived and you are welcome to pick it up any time during regular business hours. 

Delivery

Deliveries are handled by Purolator. Orders can be shipped directly to your home within Lethbridge, Coaldale or any valid address that Purolator delivers to. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DELIVERIES:

Coaldale Pet Clinic and its online store are not liable for any lost or damaged items delivered to addresses outside of the clinic.

Any claims regarding loss or damage for delivered items to any location outside of the clinic must be submitted directly to Purolator.

If you have issues with your order, please contact our team within 2 days of receiving your order, and prepare to provide pictures of the packaging and contents.
